How We Work
Meet Farzeen
Hey! Thank you so much for swinging by People Strategy!
I truly believe that work is a powerful thing and can be the space where creativity and innovation take flight under the right conditions, which is why I’ve dedicated my career to understanding how workplace systems and processes can help people and teams make amazing things happen.
My professional experience spans a range of leading organizations in healthcare, financial services, government, academia, and social services industries and in non-profit, startup, as well as corporate environments. From designing award-winning early talent engagement programs to supporting organizational reviews following large-scale change and mergers & acquisitions, to leading employee wellness, leadership development, and inclusion strategies, I have refined my craft as a strategic thinker and practitioner in Human Resources.
I am an active writer and speaker on the future of work, people analytics, early talent and, equity and inclusion. In addition to consulting, I’m an instructor of People Analytics with York University.

People Strategy is located in Tkaronto, now known as Toronto, which is Mohawk, means ‘where there are trees standing in the water’. This land that we are privileged to work and grow on is the traditional territory of many First Peoples, including the Mississaugas of the Credit, the Anishnaabe, the Chippeawa, the Haudenosaunee, and the Wendat peoples. We recognize our responsibility to engage in a meaningful, continuous process of truth and reconciliation and embrace this journey with peace, friendship, and respect.
