I truly believe work can help creativity and innovation take flight under the right conditions. From strategic organization design to every day HR, I love working with teams to design work that works for people, teams, and organizations.

I am an active writer and speaker on the future of work, people analytics, early talent and, equity and inclusion and an instructor of People Analytics with York University.

People Strategy is located in Tkaronto, now known as Toronto, which is Mohawk, means ‘where there are trees standing in the water’.
